Employee ownership has been a catalyst for a series of community service projects. These projects allow us to step back from our day-to-day jobs, reinforce the concept of teamwork, and have fun while doing something good for the community.

With a culture focused on providing all employees with opportunities for growth, “Loureiro University” offers a number of training and development programs for employees, many conducted by internal staff. Loureiro U. supplements on the job training and experience, as well as other external development programs. A voluntary Mentor Program for any employee who is interested in participating is also available.
