Loureiro was retained by the Construction Manager to provide construction staking services in support of the overall site development, roads, parks, utilities and the construction of four high-rise buildings. This project was demanding and fast-paced and commanded impeccable accuracy and precision. Further, the site involved the redevelopment of contaminated industrial properties necessitating the development of procedures, plans and training programs to ensure protection of the health and safety of our staff.

Loureiro performed our survey services using robotic instruments thereby running one-man survey crews to increase our production and reduce costs. Due to the fast pace of the project, wireless field laptop computers were implemented to allow real-time drawing plots and immediate transfer of data to and from the field to exceed the high-paced demands of this project.
