Land Surveying

Loureiro understands the importance of an accurate survey and its effect on a development or construction project or a real estate transaction or negotiation. Accuracy of boundary, topographical and surficial features is the foundation for the preparation of successful project plans or the exchange of valuable assets. Once the plans transition to construction, accurate and reliable construction staking and as-built documentation become paramount to the success of the final product. Loureiro is committed to providing clients with cost-effective and responsive survey services, while meeting or exceeding their most stringent deadlines.

Some of our typical survey assignments include:

  • Property and boundary surveys
  • Subdivision survey
  • ALTA/ACSM land title surveys
  • As-Built surveys
  • GPS machine control
  • Topographical and photogrammetric surveys
  • Right-of-way mapping
  • Zoning-related surveys
  • Land title research and court testimony
  • Utility mapping
  • Construction surveys and stakeouts

Our investment ensures your success

Loureiro has made significant investments in its survey group, ensuring that staff are well equipped with the latest in technology; this allows us to digitally map on a real-time basis in the field using hand-held data logging equipment. Our licensed, experienced survey teams use sophisticated surveying equipment, robotic total stations, GPS, and modern computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software that produces efficient, professional, high-quality results. We have similarly invested in our staff to ensure that they understand the full capability of the equipment and our rigorous quality control systems. All of our crews have on-site laptop computers equipped with Bluetooth® technology to facilitate real-time office and client communication as needed. These investments have paid considerable dividends to our clients in significantly reduced field and office time, along with better accuracy.
