Loureiro Contractors, Inc. (LCI) is performing sitework for the additions and alteration projects at Hindley and Holmes elementary schools in Darien, CT. Spanning nearly 9 acres across both sites, the scope includes excavation for approximately 20,000 square feet of new building additions and the installation of site utilities, including sanitary, storm, and stormwater management systems. Beyond the building and utility work, both projects feature extensive site enhancements such as outdoor learning courtyards, expanded parking areas, upgraded playgrounds, and a variety of other improvements to support the schools’ evolving needs.
