Loureiro Contractors was formed by Loureiro as a wholly-owned subsidiary to provide our clients the opportunity to experience the benefits of a single source of design and construction services from a truly integrated service provider. Loureiro Contractors has a broad range of experience in infrastructure development, environmental remediation, and demolition. Our in-house capabilities include site work, concrete construction, roadways, bridges, earth retaining systems, underground utilities, dam repair and replacement, UST removal and replacement, and soil, groundwater and sediment remediation. Additionally, we can act as general contractor for a wide variety of construction projects, including small building construction, wastewater treatment plant upgrades, wastewater pumping stations, and a variety of manufacturing process systems.

In addition to the traditional design-bid-build contract approach to construction projects, the combination of our diverse construction capabilities and in-house comprehensive engineering competencies enables us to offer clients a complete design-build option for their projects. This option provides our clients with the strength of a unified team working together: instilling confidence, sharing knowledge, and ensuring that their project will be completed with the quality they expect.

We are fully bondable and licensed to perform work in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and New York. Loureiro Contractors is prequalified as a contractor in Connecticut by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) and holds Connecticut licenses for both Major Contractor and Class A Demolition Contractor.
