In 2020, we brought those capabilities in house with the acquisition of Pelletier Builders, which we have evolved and reimagined as Loureiro Building Construction — the full-service construction manager and design builder our customers were looking for. After decades spent working horizontally and close to the ground building roads, bridges, and infrastructure, we are now also expert managers of vertical construction projects, with a focus on commercial buildings and manufacturing facilities.
