As Construction Manager and General Contractor, Loureiro Building Construction (LBC) led this 51,000-square-foot interior renovation for a State of New Hampshire and ARPA-funded project. The 5-story building underwent full fire suppression installation, along with major electrical and mechanical system upgrades. Interior improvements included new finishes throughout, while accessibility upgrades featured a new ADA-compliant entry with wheelchair lifts, elevator modernization, and advanced access control systems. Exterior enhancements included installation of a new electrical service transformer, drainage improvements, HVAC equipment replacement, and sidewalk and step repairs.
