Loureiro Building Construction (LBC) served as the general contractor for the phased replacement of mechanical systems in a fully occupied 50,000 SF facility. The project included the removal and replacement of air handling units and condensers serving half of the building. To minimize disruption, work was carefully staged and coordinated with building operations. Scope of work included new control systems, plumbing, ductwork, fire alarm and fire suppression systems, as well as light sitework, concrete work, and interior finish reconfiguration. The project successfully modernized critical building infrastructure while maintaining full occupancy throughout construction.
